Main objective of the the position :

Attached to Aymax Group’s Marketing and Communications team under the company’s commercial management, you will serve as Marketing and Communications Officer. You will join an international IT services company specialized in consulting and developing web solutions.
You will be part of a four-person team under the responsibility of Aymax Group’s Marketing and Communications Manager. Your main objective will be to promote the brand across various channels and territories. You will also contribute to the collective efforts of the entire team. Additionally, you will have the support of a collaborator, whose workload you will manage, enabling you to delegate tasks and share responsibilities.

 

 

Job Description :

Missions and Activities :

  • Content Marketing: Contribute to content strategy, production, and performance monitoring in collaboration with our web agency, the content-writing team, and other relevant contributors
  • Growth Marketing: Oversee growth marketing actions and ensure their performance, working closely with the marketing and sales teams
  • Social Media Management: In coordination with our web agency, manage three different brands on social networks
  • Events: Collaborate with the event coordinator and internal communications specialist to ensure the success of both internal and external events
  • Management: Supervise a collaborator within the team, acting as their direct manager
  • Pre-Sales: Contribute to commercial efforts for pre-sales presentations, in collaboration with technical stakeholders

 

Required Competences :

Hard Skills :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with strong skills in PowerPointMastery of Mailchimp or similar tools
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (familiarity with Pipedrive is a plus)
  • Familiarity with reporting and BI tools (experience with Looker Studio is a plus)
  • Proficiency in creation tools such as Canva
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Fluent French (written and spoken)
  • Professional-level English
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Knowledge of the Tech sector is a plus
